How to buy

Heresy Snowboarding is not - and will not be - available in shops, ever.

Why have we taken this stance? We do this so we can return the margin to our fellow riders, and to invest in our environmental initiatives. Heresy is not a simple brand existing just to sell "stuff". We're here to improve the lot of others and to try and help the world we live in. This is not something that can easily be sold from the shop floor. It in fact requires passionate sales people who are emotionally invested in the brand and truly believe in what we're doing and share these values for themselves. Enter our reps.

So how do you get your hands on our stuff? Our online store carries our entire range - alternatively, our reps carry our full range also, and can indent order from us for you if required.

We currently have reps in Whistler CA, Melbourne AU (covering the Victorian Alps), Sydney (also covering Thredbo and Perisher) and Perth AU. If we don't have a rep in your area, you can purchase through our online store. Alternatively, if you would like to be a rep for your area, or know someone who would, please contact us.

Our best sales people are you guys. We want our brand to be something people are truly passionate about and feel a part of. Because when you are passionate about something, you speak from the heart about it. So we hope we're creating a brand that you can be proud to be a part of and contribute to and advocate with passion and pride.

But it goes further than that, it goes both ways. Soon, we will be offering a reward/referral scheme to everyone. This works on the basis that if you have an account with valid email on our store, and you refer a friend to the store and they purchase something, using your email as a referrer, you will receive 5% of the purchase as loyalty points for use against our range when purchasing. More details will be released soon, but for now, if you refer someone, just get them to drop your name in the order comments field (you must have a store account) and we will credit you.

Our reps

Our reps love Heresy and we love our reps. They, along with people who support us, ARE the brand. Our reps are on incentive schemes that encourage them to work for the brand and themselves. It is the perfect symbiotic relationship.

We truly believe in our operating model as the best way of delivering our message, as well as connecting to our fellow riders. This model demands and allows us to talk directly to you, which also gives us valuable feedback on how we're doing as well as providing you a direct input into the company and how it operates. This truly positions us as the grassroots snowboarder's snowboarding company.
